Shipping

• All Items are sent same/next day via Royal Mail first class tracked at a cost of £5.
• We can also send via Royal Mail special delivery at a cost of £9, this will get to you next day depending on the time of order.
• We aim to deliver items within 3-5 days but please note this may take a little longer with bank holidays, weekends etc.

Returns Policy

• Returns are accepted. Please give us as much notice as possible if you'd like a return. You can return items to us within 14 days of receiving them.
• Please email us at woodenhangerclothing@hotmail.com to start the refund process.
• Depending on how payment was made, refunds can take 5-7 days to reach your account.
• All parcels need to be sent via tracked delivery, we are not responsible for any missing items.
• Items must be returned in the original condition. Any items returned which do not meet these requirements will be subject to a deduction in the refunded price. For more information on this, please contact us.
